At Day Off, every Art Poster is packed with a whole lot of care, creativity, and good vibes before it reaches your walls. Since each piece is large, fragile, and specially packed for safe shipping, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. But don’t worry — if something isn’t quite as it should be, we’ll always be here to help and make things right for you.

• We gladly assist in case of a manufacturing defect or if a wrong item has been sent from our end.
• Please let us know within 48 hours of delivery so we can sort it out quickly for you.
• Sharing a few clear photos of the product and packaging will help our team assist you faster.
